I am a great believer in an individual’s right to their own life and their own choices.  I learnt through my own experience that although many people could advise and guide me, I was the only person who had the answer to what would work for me. I had to examine everything on offer and then choose my own way.

In my coaching work I now know not to assume just because I have certificates and qualifications that I know what is right for you.  I have learnt that you can’t do something for someone else.  The experience a person is having is theirs and they need to feel it and all the emotion that comes with it - only then will they truly learn about themselves and grow. 

I can help you identify your problem, show you options and help you to work with your intuition so you choose what is right for your own life.
